Join us on a guided hike in the Kawarthas! Arrive at a special GPS location for a pop-up camp lunch with Chef Tyler Scott. Enjoy local snacks, a heart warming meal and dessert.
This experience is for beginner level hikers all the way to experienced. Please let us know about any food allergies upon booking. Our menu is a surprise to add to the intimacy of the adventure and is influenced by seasonal ingredients.
Not all Lunch In The Woods experiences involve cooking over the fire. On protected land we love to use lightweight back country cooking equipment. We are passionate about respectfully using the land.

You will receive an email approximately one week before your booking date with a detailed breakdown of the day and a weather update. We operate rain or shine (so long as there is no thunder/lightning). In this case, we will reschedule for a different date.
Depending on the location, there may be extra parking fees that are not covered. We often utilize public and protected land, but some excursions happen at provincial parks where there are day pass fees. We will give our guests a heads up on the experience update email if/ when parking will be an additional cost.
