• We require a deposit to hold your booking which is deducted from your balance due upon arrival.
• No pets allowed.
• Earliest departure is 6pm. We can adjust departure time with the time of the sunset as the season changes.
• If you do not show up for your booking the full price will be charged to the credit card you used to book. If you cancel within a weeks period and we are unable to rebook your date, the full balance will be due.
• We can reschedule for rain &/or wind. Please give us advance notice
