Rice Lake Arts is a creative learning space where we offer visual art workshops, concerts and events, featuring local and regional artists and artisans.
For more than 20 years, our beautiful 5-acre property was home to ZimArt, a beloved destination for art collectors and stone carvers. Rice Lake Arts builds on that impressive history, inviting guests explore their creativity in wood, stone, paint, textiles, and other media.
What all our workshops have in common are accomplished instructors who love to teach, small class sizes to provide individual support and guidance, outdoor studio spaces, a relaxed, joyful approach to learning and a deep connection to the natural world. Enrolling in an art workshop is a great way to reconnect with your creative, imaginative, playful self – a brief time away from the busy world we all inhabit.
