As part of summer in The Kawarthas, Peterborough Musicfest is Canada’s longest running free admission music festival and a FEO Top 100 Festival & Event, offering eight weeks of world-class waterfront live music in a stunning lakeside setting.
Running June 27 to August 19 2026, with performances every Wednesday and Saturday, including a special Canada Day event, Musicfest features a diverse lineup of premier artists as well as rising stars. From rock and pop to country and indie, it’s one of the top summer festivals in Ontario

Set along the shores of Little Lake, Musicfest delivers a memorable outdoor concert experience:
- Future Sound Series presented by Cogeco at 6:30 PM, featuring local artists
- Main stage performances at 8:00 PM
- A popular lakeside setting – arrive early to secure your spot, especially for headline shows
