The ReFrame Film Festival is a community celebration of documentary film and media art, with a lens on social and environmental justice. They are committed to supporting and showcasing the work of documentary filmmakers and media artists, as well as fostering dialogue around issues of social justice, human rights, and environmental responsibility.
The in-person component of the festival will be hosted at Showplace Performance Centre, Market Hall Performing Arts Centre, and the Peterborough Public Library from Thursday, January 25th to Sunday, January 28th and will feature a curated film program, live performances, filmmaker question-and-answer sessions, panel discussions, media arts exhibits, and more.
There are three festival pass options on sale at reframefilmfestival.ca. They include a $125 all-access hybrid pass for both the in-person and virtual components of the festival, a $100 all-access in-person pass, and a $50 all-access virtual pass (offering a reduced online selection of the same films screened during the in-person component).
Pay-what-you-can tickets for individual virtual films will be available online and at the door at festival venues for in-person screenings.
