What to expect
Escape the hustle of everyday life and connect with the earth on a guided hike with Chef Tyler Scott of Peterborough & The Kawarthas. Find out why Tyler left the restaurant industry for a more intentional approach to life and cooking outdoors. Learn about local food systems as he prepares you a delicious meal over open fire with basic backcountry camping equipment. Listen to his personal stories about reconnecting back to nature. Walk away from this experience inspired about what the land has to offer and an extended knowledge about what it truly means to ‘support local’. Each experience will have a unique setting with a surprise menu that is intentionally designed to evoke an emotional response to your surroundings.
