Sprouting Workshop

Looking to learn something new? At this fundraiser in support of Asphodel-Norwood Public Library, Belmont Farmstead will share the benefits of sprouting and show you how to successfully grow at home, all winter long! 

During the workshop:
🌱There will be a variety of sprouts to sample
🌱We will share easy ways to integrate sprouts into your daily diet, and discuss the health benefits of sprouts.
🌱Participants will each be given a kit to take home that will include everything they need to successfully sprout at home (including a variety of seeds)
