Space to Spoon – Family Drop-In Event

🛰 Join us for the closing weekend of Space to Spoon, on loan from the Canada Agriculture and Food Museum.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 This family-friendly event will included extended exhibition hours and themed crafts and demonstrations.

🎞 Later in the evening, you’ll have a chance to see the film of the summer – “Minions: The Rise of Gru” which will be projected onto the Heritage Pavilion!

5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
• Extended exhibition hours for Space to Spoon, complete with interactives & touchscreens
• Make-your-own Space Station with craft supplies – You’re only limited by your own imagination!
• Rocket-themed demonstrations – get inspired to make your own at home

7:30 to 9:00 p.m.
• Concession stand hosted by Couture Candy PTBO
• Peterborough Astronomical Association on-site providing demonstrations and night-sky education
• Outdoor screening of “Minions: The Rise of Gru”

🌤 Dress for the weather, and bring your own chairs, blankets & bug spray
🎟 A suggested donation of $10 per family or group is recommended for this event.
