Robbie Burns’ Day Pick Up Meal

The first Burns supper was held in Ayrshire, Scotland in 1801 to celebrate the life of Scotland’s National Poet Robert Burns. Robbie Burns Day is considered a key cultural heritage event in Scotland. For the first time Hutchsion House Museum will celebrate Robbie Burns Day with a take home meal on January 25, 2024. Celebrate this Scottish icon with a traditional Scottish meal made up of all your Hogmanay favorites. You must pre-order your meals by January 19, 2024. Meals will be available for curbside pick-up between 12pm and 2pm on January 25, 2024. Meals are $30 and will include: a Scotch egg, tatters and neeps, oatcakes, cheese, a sample of potted salmon, shortbread and clootie dumpling. For an extra $5 you can also get a piece of Haggis.
