Join us at Chemong Lodge on Friday, January 30th for the PolarFest Opening Ceremony & Dinner Buffet!
Bring the whole family to enjoy complimentary hot chocolate around the bonfire, followed by our Opening Ceremony Dinner Buffet beginning at 5pm, and the annual Fireworks show at 6:30pm!
Buffet features include smoked brisket carvery, vibrant basmati rice, roasted fingerling potatoes, penne alla vodka, kid friendly favourites, grazing station featuring cured meats, fresh fruit and local & imported cheeses, freshly baked bread, incredible soups and salads, and a decadent assortment of house made pastries & desserts!
