Breaking from the traditional mold of tribute and cover band shows, Neon Nostalgic is the world’s only live rock and roll show that syncs the band’s performance to the original, iconic music videos. In this day and age of social media, people expect more from a live performance and Neon Nostalgic delivers a show that appeals to all of the senses! Performed by musicians who have toured in over 15 countries around the world, Neon Nostalgic delivers an entertaining and high energy show that is built around interacting and engaging with the audience. The show has received rave reviews across North America and was dubbed ‘A musical and visual triumph’ by the Bermuda Sun, after a sold-out headline performance in Bermuda for New Years Eve in 2017. The show includes a vast array or more than 100 different covers from the 1980s to today. Prince, Bon Jovi, INXS, U2, Oasis, Pearl Jam, Michael Jackson, The Killers, Duran Duran, The Cure and many many more

Peterborough Musicfest is one of Canada’s longest-running free admission music festival and a highlight of the summer season for visitors exploring Peterborough County and the Kawarthas. The series takes place at Del Crary Park on the shores of Little Lake, offering a scenic waterfront setting for live music under the stars.

Held every Wednesday and Saturday evening from late June to mid August, Peterborough Musicfest features a dynamic mix of Canadian and international artists across genres including rock, pop, country, indie, folk, and roots. Each concert evening begins with the Future Sound Series presented by Cogeco starting at 6:30 pm, followed by the headline performance at 8:00 pm on the Fred Anderson Stage.

Musicfest is proudly free, barrier-free, and family-friendly, making it an easy addition to a regional getaway. Visitors are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets and enjoy a relaxed summer evening by the water. On-site food vendors and nearby dining options enhance the experience, while accommodations, lakes, trails, beaches, and cycling routes throughout Peterborough County make it simple to plan a full day or weekend around a concert night.

Travellers staying across the County, Peterborough Musicfest offers a memorable evening experience that pairs perfectly with the region’s outdoor adventures and small-town charm — bringing people together through live music all summer long.
