Under the guidance of a certified yoga instructor, each session invites participants of all skill levels to engage in a rejuvenating practice, surrounded by the loving company of puppies.

This special interaction not only brightens the spirit but also supports emotional and physical health, backed by science to improve mood, reduce anxiety, and enhance overall wellness. While Puppy Yoga is an enriching experience for many, we recognize that the playful nature of our puppies, including their tendency to nibble, might not be suitable for all children.

Although we warmly welcome participants aged 10 and above, we understand that individual maturity levels vary, and the environment may not be ideal for every child. It’s important that all participants, regardless of age, remain on their mats and engage respectfully with the practice and the puppies to ensure a harmonious experience for everyone. We kindly ask guardians to assess whether their child is ready for this unique setting, considering that it requires staying on one’s mat and participating calmly in the yoga practice.

To maintain the tranquility and safety of our class—for both the human and canine attendees—we reserve the right to respectfully ask anyone disrupting the session or jeopardizing the well-being of the puppies to step out.
