Lunch at Red Mill Maple Syrup

Join us for an unforgettable experience at Red Mill Maple Syrup on Sunday, March 3rd from 10-2pm. Learn all about tree tapping, maple syrup production and the incredible story behind Red Mill with your host Jeremy Poulin.

Join Chef Tyler Scott around the fire as he makes you a local lunch inspired by… you guessed it! Maple Syrup! This afternoon will involve lots of great storytelling and conversation about local food systems.

The menu will be a surprise to add to the intimacy and excitement of the day. Upon booking please let us know of any allergies to accommodate.

We will be providing handmade trail snacks, heart warming tea, maple syrup inspired lunch and dessert!
