Invasive Species Work Bee

Learn how to identify and remove Dog Strangling Vine (DSV), an invasive species that harms natural ecosystems. DSV has recently taken hold at Ecology Park. Help us oust DSV from Ecology Park on Thursday, June 27th from 4:30-6pm!

Pre-registration is required. Email hayley.goodchild@greenup.on.ca to register.

Please wear long pants and closed toe shoes. Bring your own water bottle. Tools and gloves will be provided. Volunteers under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

Please note that paths and washrooms at Ecology Park are accessible, but there is uneven ground in the DSV work area.
