Ennismore Shamrock Festival

The Ennismore Shamrock Festival is a long standing tradition in the heart of Ennismore that began in 1967 as a Centennial year celebration.

Join us for a day full of fun for the whole family. Enjoy ball hockey, soccer & rookie ball tournaments, bouncy castles, BBQ, petting zoo & more!

The Ennismore Shamrock Festival is free-of-charge.
Entrance to the Craft Show will be $2.00/person

Events Beginning at 8:00AM

• BBQ, hosted by the Shamrock Festival Committee – includes peameal bacon on a bun, burgers, hot dogs & drinks
• Ennismore Optimist Club Youth Soccer Tournament (outdoors at the soccer fields)
• Ennismore Optimist Club Youth Rookie Ball Tournament (outdoors at ball diamond)

Events Beginning at 10:00AM

• Craft & Vendor Show in the Ennismore Arena (10:00AM to 3:00PM) – $2.00 entry
• Bouncy Castles, Inflatable Games & Obstacle Courses – thanks to King of the Castle!
• Petting Zoo – Miniature farm animals look forward to meeting you! Critter Visits packs up & goes to where the people are.
• FREE Ice Cream Sundae Decorating – donated by Kawartha Dairy & operated by Causeway Christian Assembly
• Milk Maple the ‘Cow’ with our local Dairy Farmers – all milk donated by Kawartha Dairy
• Children’s activity with BEL Rotary Club Members – Bridgenorth-Ennismore-Lakefield (BEL) Rotary Club
• Book Sale & Bake Sale – Ennismore Branch of the Selwyn Public Library
• On Display:

  • Smith-Ennismore Community Policing (SECP) Marine Display
  • Community Care Information Booth & Clothing Sale
  • Compass Early Learning & Care Shamrock – Explore the different programs offered. Staff will be on hand to answer any questions regarding child care and enrollment (18 months to 12 years)
