Inspired by the Five Elements-Earth, Air, Fire, Water, and Ether-The Ritual Table engages the senses while highlighting the people, products, and stories that make the Kawarthas a unique destination.
Signature offerings include The Ritual Table High Tea Experience (coming in July), featuring artisan teas, curated sweet and savory selections, and seasonal local flavors. Guests can also experience Locks & Layers™, our signature Taste of the Kawarthas collection. Part charcuterie. Part dessert. Entirely unforgettable. Inspired by the iconic Trent-Severn Waterway, the six signature Locks & Layers™ cups are designed as collectible flavor experiences that celebrate the landscapes, communities, and local tastes of the region.
Additional experiences include Graze & Gather Fridays, curated tasting events, seasonal culinary features, and, beginning Summer 2026, handcrafted gelato, gourmet waffles, and other café experiences inspired by the flavours and spirit of the Kawarthas.
