Food that is cooked fresh daily, from scratch, with my Mom’s recipes as well as my own. Using as much local meat and produce as possible with Mexican seasoning and fresh salsas that may surprise you. I believe that spice and heat should be used to compliment a dish, not overwhelm it.
Every item on our menu has its own unique authentic flavour, making each visit a new taste experience, every time.
Born and raised in Mexico City, Chef Martin brings his home cooked family recipes to Peterborough and the Kawarthas. Creating authentic food is a passion he loves to share with foodies, cooking everything from scratch and using as much local as possible.
