From March 1 – 17, 2024, it is Brrr-O-Licious in Downtown Peterborough. Book your table and cozy up to dining in downtown Peterborough. Agave by Imperial is one of 10 participating restaurants offering three-course prix fixe menus starting at $35 per person.

Lunch and Dinner available for $50 per person

First Course

Chicken or Mushroom Flautas: crispy taquitos with your choice of chicken or mushroom. Served with homemade guacamole

Second Course

Short Rib Beef Mole: slow-cooked short-rib served with traditional house-made mole and Mexican rice (this dish can be adapted to be vegetarian by switching the short rib for grilled portabello mushroom)

Dessert

Spiced Chocolate Mousse with tequila whipped cream
