The Kawartha String Orchestra (KSO) is pleased to present their annual spring concert on Sunday May 5 starting at 2pm at Emmanuel United Church (534 George St N, Peterborough).
The theme of this year’s spring concert is “Innovation and Tradition”. Award-winning conductor and music director Tak Kwan and the KSO will play selections from Mozart, Elgar, BanYa, as well as the movie music of Hans Zimmer. Guest soloists include Tak Kwan (violin), Rebecca Birrell (vocals), Pamela Haskell (flute), Ron Kervin (percussion), and Karen Locklin (keyboard).
