Interested in learning more about the natural world and having fun? Looking to deepen your connection with nature and self ? You’ve come to the right place!

Our Immersive Nature workshops are held at Kawartha Land Trust’s Dance Nature Sanctuary.!

We will begin the morning by moving into a yoga practice designed to awaken the body and bring presence to the mind. Yoga will be accessible for all bodies and levels.

This will be followed by a series of nature-focused attention training methods to broaden and deepen our natural awareness, sharpen our observational skills, strengthen our sense of love and caring for other beings and their habitats, and experience the ordinary magic of our sense perceptions.

After the workshop, you are welcome to stay and enjoy aimless wandering on the property.

Instructors: Katrina Behr (Registered Yoga Teacher –https://katrinabehr.wixsite.com/lila-lue-yoga) and David Marshall (Authorized Meditation Teacher/attention training & KLT Volunteer ).

** This event is a ‘Pay What You Can’ (PWYC) event – the suggested donation amount is $5. Please bring cash to your workshop. All proceeds will go towards paying our wonderful yoga instructor for facilitating our yoga practice and getting participants grounded and in meditative mindset for the workshop **

Please bring a mat, blanket or towel for the yoga practice and food for lunch. Be sure to dress appropriately and bring enough water for the weather conditions, along with sunscreen and insect repellent.
