Ukrainian-Canadian comedy legend Luba Goy, familiar to CBC viewers across the country as part of the famous Royal Canadian Air Farce, joins the Peterborough Symphony Orchestra on May 28 as host for a “Concert of Surprises.” This will be the first concert with a full-sized orchestra since the PSO made its return to live performance in February of this year and Music Director Michael Newnham looks forward to filling the concert hall with great orchestral sound on a selection of beloved pieces of music. With the addition of Ms. Goy’s trademark wit and humour, this concert promises many pleasant surprises indeed.
“A Concert of Surprises” takes place at Showplace Performance Centre, Peterborough – Saturday May 28 at 2:30 pm and 7:30 pm
Please Note: Masks are required throughout the event.
