Kawartha Autumn Studio Tour
Over 30 artists’ studios and galleries are open to the public to view fine arts and crafts being created in the Peterborough area. The 32nd annual Kawartha Autumn Studio Tour is one of the oldest continually running studio tours in Ontario and features painting, ceramics, wood, jewellery, encaustics, glass and mixed media. All tour artists are juried and they present a diversity of artworks from large abstract paintings to handmade dine jewellery. The tour it self-drive and free.
The annual two-day Kawartha Autumn Studio Tour is self-driven and admission is free. Artists’ studios will be open to the public September 24 and 25, from 10 am to 5 pm. Many studios are rural. Please be aware of driving times.
All artists and studios have been selected through a jury process, representing communities from Clear Lake to Keene. They offer a wealth of arts and crafts ranging in oil, acrylic, watercolour and encaustic painting, printmaking, sculpture, textiles, jewellery, glass, and ceramics.
