This FREE event is for ALL Girls and Boys in the dual-banded U8/U9\, as well as U10/11 age. The Kawartha Downs will be transformed into a vibrant hub for connection\, creativity\, and community empowerment that redefines what self-care and wellness can look like. This is not your average wellness event. Think home and cottage show\, but reimagined through the lens of whole-person care. \nThis full-day summit will feature over local vendors\, workshops\, and speakers that explore the range of health\, wellness\, self-care\, and fitness. Whether you’re into skincare and float spas\, coaching and reiki\, tattoos and travel\, or golf and group exercise\, there’s something here for you. \nWe’re building something that reflects the real lives of people in our community. Wellness looks different for everyone. This event creates space for locals to explore new tools\, ideas\, and services to feel better in their own way. This is more than a one-day event. It’s a movement.
