DESCRIPTION:The two-hour workshop is perfect for beginner potters or those wanting to try pottery for the first time! Small class sizes allow for plenty of one-on-one support from experienced pottery instructor. Participants will be given 2 lbs of clay for their creation. DESCRIPTION:Agent provocateur singer/songwriter Carole Pope is the co-founder of the band Rough Trade. Their signature electronic rock sound\, rooted in influences as varied as Punk\, Glam\, Brel and Brill\, coupled with lyrics and a stage show that pushed the boundaries of sexuality\, sexual politics\, and the status quo\, was designed to make you think and dance at the same time. It was a formula that clearly enshrined the band into the consciousness and playlists of fans the world over. \nPope is a 3-time Juno (Female Vocalist)\, 3-time CASBY\, Genie Award-winning\, Canada’s Walk of Fame\, songwriters Hall of Fame\, Indie Hall of Fame\, and 4X Gold\, Platinum\, and Polaris Prize Nominee.
