A dry cider made from our very own orchard apples\, hand-picked by our staff. \nAppetizer: Roasted eggplant with creamy feta\, fresh tomatoes\, and a fragrant blend of herbs.\nWine Pairing: Rhubarb – Dry. One of the first three wines we offered when we opened our doors over 20 years ago\, it’s a dry white that is easy to drink with a pleasant finish. (6oz glass 11.5% alc./vol.) \nSalad: Kale salad featuring sweet mandarin and crunchy pumpkin seeds\, drizzled with a maple vinaigrette.\nWine Pairing: Rhubarb continued. \nMain: Chicken breast stuffed with a rich blend of cream cheese\, spinach\, and artichokes\, served alongside rosemary-seasoned potatoes and grilled asparagus.\nWine Pairing: Plum – Dry. A NEW white wine blend of Shiro Plums and Golden Plums. This wine has a light\, smooth\, fruity taste that is gentle on the palate. (6oz glass 11.25% alc./vol.) \nDessert: A delicious piece of carrot cake to satisfy your sweet tooth.\nWine Pairing: Raspberry – Social. The show is a chance for the skaters to showcase the new skills they have learned\, and practiced all season. This year’s theme: 80s on Ice! 🎶 The show is always highly entertaining\, with a choreographed musical theme\, charming costumes\, wonderful back-drops and the infectious enthusiasm of the participants.
