DESCRIPTION:What does the corn cob say when it’s embarrassed? Aww\, shucks. That’s right\, we’ve been feeling the love all season and we are awfully bashful about it. That’s why we are holding a celebration of community and corn on Thursday September 17th to raise funds for future special events at the Lakefield Farmers Market. \nStop by and have some spicy street corn with toppings from @lamesitarestaurante on corn from @selwyngarlic 🌽 Can’t stand the heat? Try the corn with compound butter from @ontariocheeseunion or sample some corn relish from The Jam Cupboard. Our artisans are getting messy with butter sculptures with @jenshomebaking acting as judge. And we will be offering face painting for a small fee from 11:30AM-12:30PM. \nWe are also super honoured to be the last stop of the Music on the Water Tour with @i.am.kentucky who is traveling by boat along the Trent-Severn Waterway.
