DESCRIPTION:Join us at the annual thanksgiving weekend Buckhorn Harvest Craft Show!\nThe Buckhorn Community Centre hosts the Harvest Craft show Thanksgiving Weekend\, featuring artisans and crafters from across Ontario. In 2024\, the show will run Saturday\, October 12 from 10am to 5pm; Sunday\, October 13 from 10am to 4pm. \nThis juried show features a wide variety of quality hand-crafted items including home décor\, clothing\, jewellery\, scented items\, and much more. \nAdmission is $5 per person and includes a ballot to win a $100 shopping spree at the 2025 Spring Craft Show. \nFree parking is available and includes a shuttle bus operating from the parking lot to the BCC. Please note that we offer a smoke-free\, scent-free\, accessible and air-conditioned facility. Pets are welcome outdoors only and must be on a leash.

SUMMARY:McLean Berry Farm Pumpkinfest
DESCRIPTION:As the season continues\, the harvest becomes even more bountiful. We will be open all four weekends of October 2024 (not open Thanksgiving Monday) where we will once again welcome the community to our farm for our annual Buckhorn Pumpkinfest! You can take a wagon ride out to the pumpkin patch\, pick your own pumpkin\, play on straw bales\, and explore corn mazes. You can visit our farm store\, enjoy food truck fare\, get spooked in the haunted forest\, and even watch the pumpkin cannon blast off – at Pumpkinfest\, there is fun for the whole family to enjoy! \nWe have increased the area of covered shelters and number of picnic tables so that there is lots of space to sit and relax on the farm in between various Pumpkinfest activities! \nNo Pets Please:  We love animals too and have lots of our own but we can’t host your pets on the farm for both insurance and health and safety reasons. Certified service animals are welcome. Thank you for your understanding. \nOur Pumpkin Festival is open all four weekends of October (Closed Thanksgiving Monday) and runs Saturday/Sunday each weekend throughout the month of October between the hours of 11 AM and 5 PM\, weather permitting. \n\nDaily Entertainment – Tim Holland (a great show for all ages) – Shows Daily at 1 & 3\nBarnyard Animals\nMazes (a Straw Bale Maze and 2 Corn Mazes\, one of them is Haunted)\nObstacle Course & Play area with a huge Sandbox\nPumpkin Bowling\nBouncy Castle\nHaunted Hallway\nHaunted Forest\nBonesville Cemetery\nPumpkin Patch Wagon Rides\nPumpkin Cannon
