An intimate Friday night dinner series featuring four courses and profiling seasonal, local produce, meats, cheese, bread. Beginning the evening by the fire and then move into our kitchen. The evening is intimate with a maximum 16 guests. Dinner is served right in our working kitchen and each course explained by our chef. Look over our shoulder to see how it’s prepared! This is a unique culinary experience. You are welcome to bring your own wine/beer.
