|Recurring Event (See all)
This event runs from January 20th-26th with events happening daily

With events spread throughout the City of Peterborough during the month of January, Snofest offers a wonderfully diverse range of events and activities for children, young people, families and seniors, all of which remind us how important it is to celebrate the seasons, embrace winter and remain active.

The 2019 Snofest Committee is pleased to announce a new format with a schedule of free events to embrace the beautiful winter season. Snofest is a great opportunity for residents to be active and social during the upcoming winter season.

Snofest 2019 kicks off on Sunday, January 20 with “Live Outside the Ordinary” at The Peterborough Sport & Wellness Centre. The East Peterborough Lion’s Club will host the Mayor’s Pancake Breakfast followed by free public swimming and arts & crafts. We will be honouring Wimpy Borland during breakfast, as he celebrates 25 years volunteering with the Snofest Committee.
