The Seasoned Spoon is pleased to team up with the Trent African and Caribbean Student Union (TACSU) to offer this sizzling hot international cooking workshop.
TACSU to lead us in cooking and sampling some delectable African and Caribbean dishes. The menu will include fried plantain, veggie pilau and chicken stew. Participants will also get the opportunity to learn about traditional spices, and even get to take some recipes home. Open your mind and your taste buds to new flavours! Feel free to bring ideas, or stories to share about your own culinary traditions as well!
