Step back 200 years in time and experience this important era in Canada’s history. Witness the largest War of 1812 reenactment in the region presented by the 49th Regiment of Foot, Norwood District High School, East Northumberland Secondary School and the Curve Lake First Nations. Meet key figures of the war, enjoy period music by Gopher Baroque, free horse and wagon rides, a mini-militia, a craft for kids and much more! Also, join in the celebration as Lang Pioneer Village celebrates its 45th anniversary! Event sponsored in part by the Government of Canada.
